General
By purchasing goods from Getsteap you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the terms described below. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities.
Pricing
All prices are clearly displayed on our website. If, however a product is priced incorrectly, we will inform you on the correct price before proceeding with the contract. All prices are displayed in European euro, including tax and excluding delivery costs. In case pricing between order date and delivery date has been changed, the price of order date is valid for the agreement.
Delivery
We will deliver the product(s) to the address you specified in the order form. We will aim to deliver the product(s) by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Returns / cancellation
You have the right to return purchased product(s) within 14 days after they have been delivered. Full refund will be paid within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). Returned products will only be refunded in case they are undamaged, unopened and complete. You are responsible for return of the product(s) and all associated costs.
Please notify us via info@getsteap.com in case you want to return product(s).
Risk and Ownership
You will only own the product(s) once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Risk on damage or loss of the product(s) will transfer to you after delivery.
Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused by use of the product. We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
All material, images, text, packaging design and other information remains the property of Getsteap. This cannot be used without our permission.
Privacy
Please read our customer privacy policy, which explains how we will not pass on your details to any third party.
Disputes
These terms will be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by Dutch Courts.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. No rights or guarantees can be derived from information displayed on our website.
